They now claim that any attention you pay to any action that you do in your body (good or bad) is a work of the flesh and evil and from the Law. They have landed exactly in Gnosticism. John fought against a pre-Gnosticism that was already in the early church and the fully fledged Gnosticism was later condemned squarely by the Church as heresy.
